Buy the right asset — on your side of the table

We source and qualify units against real occupancy and yield data, not inventory we're pushing, and give you an independent inspection and valuation you control. Executed by a licensed 宅建業 (takken) partner.
Our binding rule

Buyer-side only — we never take a seller's fee on your purchase (no 両手). Brokerage at or below Japan's statutory cap, disclosed in writing, including that we also earn to operate it.

02 · Operate

Run it end to end — you never touch the day-to-day

Licensing and compliance, unattended guest operations, channel and pricing, cleaning, and smart-lock access — on a ~20% operating commission.
Our binding rule

Aligned economics — we earn only when you earn. No markups hidden in the settlement; every yen is reconciled.

03 · Report

Every yen, every night, every filing — reconciled

Transparent settlement, KRW/JPY P&L, occupancy, and compliance status in one dashboard; lodging-tax and municipal filings handled for you.
Our binding rule

Your record is portable and yours — settlement history, guest registry, and filings on an immutable trail you can take with you.

Bundling acquisition with operation is exactly what sophisticated cross-border buyers are trained to distrust — Japan's 両手仲介 (dual-agency) problem. So we bind ourselves in writing, and turn the conflict into the reason to choose us.
